CANCELLATIONS
  • An order can be canceled in whole or in part as long as there has been freed in stock. Orders that are in Pending status can be canceled by you in the My Account section or by contacting the sales area by phone or email. Mail: [email protected], by phone at 951 1271773.
  • The orders that are in payment or payment Validating been applied but have not yet been released in stock, will be canceled by contacting the sales area by mail: [email protected], by phone at 951 1271773
  • If your payment was for deposit or bank transfer must indicate indajani.com account number (with CLABE included) so that you can pay the full amount of the items purchased. This process can take up to 10 business days from receipt of your banking information.
  • If your payment was by credit or debit card refund or cancellation charge will be made to the same credit card or debit card you made the payment, this process can take up to 15 working days according to the policies of central banks Card.
  • If your Paypal payment was reimbursement will be made to your Paypal account, this process may take 3 business days.
    CHANGES
    • If our products do not satisfy you can request a change for a different product over a period of twenty (20) calendar days from the invoice date, provided that the products are not used or damaged.
    • If the change is a product of lower cost difference will be credited to your account via electronic transfer. If the change is for a more expensive product, you will be sent an application for payment for the difference and will not ship the product or products to be covered up the difference. In the case of purchases from outside Mexico, the payment of shipping charges will be made through Paypal.
    • To properly process the change of the desired products, you must print the RETURNS FORM that you will find in the Order Status option (My Account & gt; My orders) in indajani.com. Once a printed form, you must fill it out and attach it to your return.

      RETURN
      • If upon receipt of purchase is not satisfied / or indajani.com allows its return within five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt provided that the garment has not been used . So Indajani can not accept returns of damaged or used products or without the original packaging as long as it is not a defect.
