Beautiful Onbuhimo Sara. Handmade 100% cotton
The Onbuhimo is a babycarrier of Japanese origin like Mei Tai. The difference is that the Onbuhimo only has two straps at the top and the bottom wearing a pair of rings which serve to move the fabric and adjust the carrier.
The word Onbuhimo is derived from two Japanese words, Onbu describing the act of carrying a baby on the back, and Himo, meaning long strap or rope. So the word onbuhimo indicates that it is a baby carrier to carry mainly to the back but can also be done in front
Because the straps pass through rings instead of wrapping the baby can be a bit cooler than Mei Tais option.
